SUGARMAN attorneys and staff recently spent a meaningful afternoon volunteering with Christopher’s Haven, a Boston-based nonprofit that supports families whose children are undergoing cancer treatment.

Founded in 2001, the organization provides affordable, home-like housing near Boston’s leading pediatric cancer centers, helping families stay together while their children receive critical medical care. By offering a stable and supportive environment during an incredibly difficult time, Christopher’s Haven helps ease many of the challenges associated with extended treatment away from home.

Community involvement has long been an important part of SUGARMAN’s culture, and the firm is proud to support organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout Massachusetts. As part of its recent volunteer event with Christopher’s Haven, members of the SUGARMAN team hosted an afternoon of fun for resident families, spending time with the children playing games and doing arts and crafts.

SUGARMAN extends its gratitude to Christopher’s Haven for the opportunity to volunteer and for the compassionate work it performs every day on behalf of children and families in need.
