SUGARMAN lawyers and staff once again received top honors from Attorney General Maura Healey for the annual Legal Food Frenzy, a spirited competition among law firms to raise funds, food and awareness for the Greater Boston Food Bank.
SUGARMAN, for the fourth consecutive year, received top honors in the category of Most Funds Raised per Capita for a small firm. The firm’s food and financial contributions will help enable the Greater Boston Food Bank to provide 225,000 meals to those in need.
“The Attorney General’s Legal Food Frenzy has been a cause that everyone in our firm rallies around year after year,” noted Marianne C. LeBlanc, principal. “We are an extremely competitive bunch and each year we raise the bar on ourselves. It paid off again this year because we helped increase the total number of meals provided by the food bank over last year.”
