Principal Marianne C. LeBlanc recently chaired and moderated the Norfolk Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee’s Practical Skills Seminar, “Voir Dire in Massachusetts: Standing Order, Pilot Project and Recent Experience,” at Norfolk Superior Court. The program featured a judicial panel discussion with six Justices of the Superior Court, and a mock panel voir demonstration by experienced attorneys. Marianne has chaired the Norfolk Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee since 2006.
Marianne also recently served as a faculty panelist on the recent MCLE Program, “Practicing with Professionalism,” which is an all-day program that all new lawyers are required to take. Marianne spoke on a panel addressing litigation practice.
