Each of SUGARMAN’s five Principals has once again been selected to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list:
Neil Sugarman – Recognized every year since the inception of Massachusetts Super Lawyers in 2004, marking 23 consecutive years of selection.
Marianne LeBlanc – Recognized every year since 2004, Marianne has once again been named among the Top 10 Massachusetts Lawyers, Top 100 Massachusetts Lawyers, and Top 50 Women Massachusetts Super Lawyers. She also earned recognition among the Top 5 Personal Injury Lawyers in Massachusetts.
Benjamin Zimmermann – Recognized every year since 2005, Benjamin has again been selected to the Top 10 Massachusetts Lawyers and Top 100 Massachusetts Lawyers lists, continuing his Top 100 recognition dating back to 2013. He was also named among the Top 5 Personal Injury Lawyers and ranked among the Top 3 Massachusetts Lawyers for 2026.
David McCormack – Recognized every year since 2008, initially as a Rising Star from 2008 through 2012, before being selected to the Super Lawyers list.
Stacey Pietrowicz – Recognized every year since 2011, initially as a Rising Star in 2011 and 2012, before earning continued recognition on the Super Lawyers list.

Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, no more than 5 percent of attorneys in Massachusetts are selected to the Super Lawyers list, while no more than 2.5 percent are selected to Rising Stars.
Selections are determined through a patented multiphase process involving peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations by other attorneys within their practice areas. Candidates are assessed on factors including professional achievement, experience, legal accomplishments, and contributions to the profession.
The resulting lists recognize attorneys across more than 70 practice areas throughout Massachusetts.
