Neil SugarmanSUGARMAN is proud to announce that Principal and Co-Founder, Neil Sugarman, has been selected as a 2025 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame Honoree. Each year, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly honors Hall of Fame inductees for their career achievements, contributions to the development of the law, service to the legal community, and dedication to improving the quality of justice in Massachusetts.

For nearly 60 years, Neil has successfully represented clients in some of the most catastrophic and complex cases in Massachusetts. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has argued landmark appellate cases that have helped expand personal injury law and strengthen consumer rights. His dedication and skill have earned him consistent recognition as one of the top litigators in both Massachusetts and New England.

Beyond the courtroom, Neil has served in executive and leadership roles within many of Massachusetts’ most respected legal organizations. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the N. Neal Pike Institute on Law and Disability at Boston University School of Law, and has held positions as past president of both the Boston University School of Law Alumni Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Neil is also a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.
