Associate Attorney

Our firm is seeking a full-time litigation associate, who is an impending graduate intending to sit for the July 2024 Massachusetts bar exam or currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar with 0–2 years’ experience. Firm caseload ranges from simple negligence claims to the most complex and sophisticated product liability, medical malpractice, construction site, and general liability actions.

The associate candidate should possess the skills and ability to assist partners in all aspects of case/client preparation. With the highest level of commitment to our clients, as associates learn and build skills, they will be responsible for a range of case assignments, including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting civil pleadings, interviewing clients, and conducting case investigation, deposition preparation, taking depositions, assisting with and attending trials, mediation and arbitration preparation and assistance as well as court appearances. While working on a range of case types, the associate attorney will be expected to collaborate and communicate effectively with all partners and staff.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor
• Pending graduate intending to sit for the July 2024 Massachusetts bar exam or current admission to the Massachusetts bar
• Excellent organizational, analytical, oral advocacy and writing skills
• Top 25% of graduating law school class a plus but not required
