Biography
Cassandra (“Cassie”) M. Nedder brings her knowledge, dedication, and a unique perspective to the firm’s personal injury cases. Having worked in and studied a number of industries before joining SUGARMAN, Cassie’s background allows her to blend those experiences and put her varied skills to work for her clients in a personalized and professional manner. Cassie joined SUGARMAN as an associate in 2022. Before joining SUGARMAN, she worked at a civil litigation firm in Boston where she gained valuable experience working with clients and understanding the framework of personal injury cases.
Cassie graduated from Suffolk University Law School and Suffolk University Sawyer Business School in 2022, where she received both a J.D. and an M.B.A., after earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from High Point University in 2018. At Suffolk, she received many academic honors, including graduating with Distinction in the Trial and Appellate Advocacy concentration, Pro Bono Honors, as well as being a Trustee Academic Scholar and a Dean’s List student. She was included on the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts’ Pro Bono Honor Roll for 2022. During law school, Cassie practiced as a Student Attorney with the Innocence Clinic at Suffolk University, working on behalf of wrongfully incarcerated individuals.
