Railroad Accidents
Sugarman represents those injured or killed in train, subway or streetcar collisions both with other rail vehicles and automobiles or trucks. In addition, the firm prosecutes claims for those struck by rail vehicles, injured on train and subway platforms or in train and subway stations.
