Liquor Server's Liability
Sugarman represents persons injured or killed as a result of the actions of an intoxicated person. Not infrequently, the actions of a bar, restaurant, or other alcohol server substantially contribute to the injury or death, whether by serving a minor, serving a person who is already intoxicated, or serving excessive alcohol so as to cause intoxication. The firm vigorously prosecutes the claims of persons injured by the negligent service of alcohol whether the injury occurs as a result of a motor vehicle, physical or sexual assault or other conduct by an intoxicated person.
