Education
Steven Zane graduated with honors from Boston College Law School and the University of Puget Sound. While earning his J.D. from Boston College, Steven served as the Managing Editor of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review in addition to being published twice in the Review, and earned a commencement award for his outstanding editorial work with that publication. During his third year of law school, Steven worked with the Bristol County D.A.’s office to author an appellate brief for the Commonwealth, and appeared before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals to argue on behalf of the Commonwealth’s brief. Before joining Sugarman, Steven worked as a law clerk in the insurance industry, focusing on insurance coverage matters.
Steven joined Sugarman as an associate in 2011 and practices in all areas of plaintiff litigation.
