Stephen concentrates in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle torts, construction site accidents, explosion and fire cases, and general liability cases. He is a member of numerous bar organizations where he has served on civil litigation, trial and administration of justice committees. Stephen also regularly lectures at MCLE and other continuing legal education programs.
Stephen joined Sugarman as an associate in 1999 and became a principal in 2007.
Currently, Stephen is investigating and pursuing claims with his partner, Jodi M. Petrucelli, on behalf of patients who were fitted with defective DePuy artificial hips. For more information about these claims, click here.
