Benjamin Zimmermann Becomes Principal of Leading Personal Injury Law Firm

Boston—Benjamin R. Zimmermann has become a principal of Sugarman and Sugarman, P.C., effective January 2007.
Recently selected as a “Massachusetts Rising Star Super Lawyer 2007,” Zimmermann concentrates in plaintiff trial practice, with an emphasis in the areas of product liability, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, and premises liability. He has served on the amicus committee of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and has lectured at both MCLE and ALI-ABA. Zimmermann received a J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 1999 and joined Sugarman as an associate in 2000.
Sugarman, established in 1967, is the largest personal injury law firm in Massachusetts.
