Marianne C. LeBlanc and Benjamin R. Zimmermann – Faculty Members at MCLE Personal Injury Law Conference 2010

Boston – Marianne C. LeBlanc and Benjamin R. Zimmermann, both principals at Sugarman, were faculty members at the recent MCLE Personal Injury Law Conference 2010. Along with a panel of other trial lawyers and judges, Ms. LeBlanc presented at a session entitled “Personal Injury Law in Review 2010” and Mr. Zimmermann presented at a session regarding “Insurance Issues”.

The conference was held on April 30th in Boston and offered a variety of lectures and workshops with a faculty comprised of Massachusetts’ most respected plaintiffs’ and defense counsel. Ms. LeBlanc and Mr. Zimmermann, along with leading practitioners from the plaintiff’s bar and the defense bar, offered knowledge and experience on a variety of personal injury law topics. Ms. LeBlanc’s session included a review of developments in the field of personal injury law since May 1, 2009 and Mr. Zimmermann’s session addressed the increasingly complex legal issues arising out of the varied relationships among insurers, insured and their lawyers, as well as advice on how to counsel clients.
