Boston – Jodi M. Petrucelli, principal at Sugarman, was a panelist on “A Candid Hour with Managing Partners.” Ms. Petrucelli detailed both the expectations that law firm managing partners have of their senior management staff and the benefits of a successful working relationship between managing partners and their firm administrators.
Janice E. Hayes, Firm Administrator at Sugarman, moderated the annual Personal Injury Plaintiff (PIP) Idea Exchange, addressing issues unique to the personal injury plaintiff practice. The idea exchange combines roundtable discussion and informal sharing on topics such as human resources, strategic planning, marketing, financial management and computer and software issues for personal injury firms.
