Ben Zimmermann recently presented to Suffolk University legal writing students about real-world legal writing and its application to the trial of a serious personal injury case. Ben spoke to the students about writing compelling pretrial briefs using papers filed at a trial that resulted in one of the ten largest verdicts in Massachusetts in 2011.
