Stephen Sugarman, co-chair of the Tort Law Committee of the Boston Bar Association, today announced that on Monday, November 28th, the Boston Bar Association will present an educational program entitled Effective Use of 93A: Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s Perspectives at the BBA’s offices, 16 Beacon Street, Boston from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
This program will discuss relevant issues concerning the use of 93A in settlement negotiations. Knowing when to use and refrain from using 93A may be the key to successful resolution of litigation. The featured speaker will be David Ramsden, Adjuster, Utica National Insurance Group.
